About NextEra Property Pros
SeaTac, WA
Build it, lease it, manage it, sell it.
Most owners end up with four companies and four opinions: one to build, one to lease, one to manage, one to sell. We do all four, which is why nobody here can blame the last firm for what the building has become. We manage in South King County; the buying and selling goes wherever the property is.
The whole company is reachable on one number, and it is answered by someone who owns rental property himself.

Who you are calling
Karanjit Singh
A licensed Washington real estate broker with Best Choice Realty LLC, licence #134886. He owns 30+ rental units of his own and manages 50+ doors across greater Seattle. His background runs across real estate, construction and project management, and he actively develops detached ADUs — for his own portfolio and for clients.
That combination is the unusual part. Plenty of brokers have never read a permit set. Plenty of builders have never screened a tenant. Plenty of managers have never had to sell the building at the end and explain what years of maintenance decisions did to its price.
The advantage is not that one company does four jobs. It is that the four jobs know about each other: a unit gets designed the way a leasing agent would want it, a purchase gets judged by the person who will be taking the 10pm call, and a sale is handled by whoever has been collecting the rent.

The whole life of the building
Four jobs, one phone number.
Accessory dwelling units and single family homes, from the first walk around the lot through design, permitting and construction. We build them for clients and for our own portfolio, which means the decisions get made by someone who will live with them.New construction
Photographs, pricing against what is actually renting nearby, listing and screening through Zillow Rental Manager, and a signed lease. Section 8 and other housing vouchers accepted.Available rentals
Rent collection, maintenance, and the notices Washington law requires — 10% of monthly rent collected, no setup fee, no markup on repairs, and nothing at all while a unit sits empty.Property management
When holding stops making sense, the sale runs through Best Choice Realty LLC with the same person who has been collecting the rent. Nobody has to be brought up to speed on the building.Buying and selling
Straight answers
NextEra Property Pros is a young company.
We would rather say that plainly than dress a new business up in language that implies it has been here for decades. What is behind the name is not new to any of this: 30+ units owned outright, 50+ doors managed, and one detached two-unit build finished and photographed in full on this site.
So there is no founding story on this page, no wall of awards, and no reviews we have written for ourselves. The one count we do publish — 50+ closed transactions over six years — is Karanjit Singh's own, and he can show you every one of them. Ask us on the phone and we will tell you exactly what we have done and what we have not.
Areas served
We manage in South King County. We sell anywhere in Washington.
Management works where we can be standing on the property the same day, and that is the whole reason the list below ends where it does. Buying and selling is not drawn that way — if it is in washington and it is on the nwmls, we can take the transaction.
