$1,200 flat to place a resident — charged only if we place a resident, and billed after they move in — then 10% of monthly rent collected, a setup fee of none, and no management fee while a property is vacant — applied to your actual numbers so you can see what a year of it costs.
A straight answer about whether you need us
If you live nearby, have a good resident and enjoy the work, we will tell you to keep doing it yourself. That has happened and it will happen again.
