We are based in SeaTac, WA and work by appointment — there is no walk-in office. Property management covers South King County:

Buying and selling is not limited to that list — if it is in washington and it is on the nwmls, we can take the transaction.
Applications do not run through this form
Rental applications and screening go through Zillow Rental Manager: $35 paid to Zillow. Paid to Zillow, valid 30 days across participating properties. NextEra charges no additional application fee. If you are asking about a specific unit, tell us which one and we will point you at the listing.
