What this website is, and what it is not.
Six short paragraphs. They cover reading this site and writing to us — nothing more. A management agreement, a lease and a listing agreement are separate documents, signed on paper, and none of them happens here.
These terms apply to the website operated by NextEra Property Pros LLC. Using the site means you accept them; if you do not, do not use the site.

The information here is general
Everything published on this site — fees, process descriptions, market commentary, anything about a property — is general information about how NextEra Property Pros works. It is not legal advice, not tax advice and not investment advice, and it is not a substitute for an attorney, an accountant or a licensed inspector looking at your particular situation. Decisions about your property are yours.

Listings and rents change
Rents, availability dates, deposits, lease terms and unit details are accurate to the best of our knowledge when published, and they change. A unit shown as available may be leased before you finish reading about it. Nothing on this site is an offer to lease, and availability is not guaranteed. The listing on the platform where a unit is advertised is the current version; this site follows it.

Contacting us does not create a relationship
Sending the contact form, booking a call, or speaking with us does not create an agency, brokerage, client, landlord-tenant or fiduciary relationship. No one at NextEra Property Pros represents you until a written agreement is signed by both sides. Until then, treat conversations as conversations.

Applications are not accepted through this site
There is no application form here and there never will be. Rental applications and tenant screening run through Zillow Rental Manager: $35 paid by the applicant. Paid to Zillow, valid 30 days across participating properties. NextEra charges no additional application fee. If a page anywhere claims to take a NextEra application, or asks you to send a deposit or identity documents by email or text, it is not us.

Links out are not endorsements
This site links to third-party services — the scheduling calendar, the listing and application platform, and others. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we do not control what they publish, charge or change. A link is a route, not a recommendation, and not a guarantee of anything on the far end.

The site is provided as it is
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, error-free or complete, and we are not liable for losses arising from relying on it without checking with us first. If something here contradicts a signed agreement you have with us, the signed agreement governs.
Licensing and fair housing
Who is licensed, and under whom.
Real estate brokerage and property management services advertised on this site are provided by Best Choice Realty LLC, Washington broker license #134886. NextEra Property Pros is the brand under which Karanjit Singh conducts that work.
Construction and development work is not brokerage activity and is not covered by the brokerage’s licensing or insurance.
