Applying for a rental
Zillow Rental Manager
One application, one fee, and it is not ours.
Applications and screening for our units run on Zillow Rental Manager. You pay $35 to Zillow. NextEra Property Pros charges no application fee of its own, and there is nothing to fill in on this website.

What to expect
Pick the unit
Every vacancy we have is listed on this site with its rent, deposit, lease term and availability date. Read the listing page first — it carries the pet, smoking and utility terms, and those differ unit to unit.
Apply through Zillow Rental Manager
Each listing links straight to its Zillow application. Zillow takes the application and runs the screening — the credit and background check are theirs, not ours. The fee is $35, paid to Zillow. NextEra Property Pros charges no application fee at all.
One fee, thirty days
Paid to Zillow, valid 30 days across participating properties. NextEra charges no additional application fee. If you apply to a second unit within that window — ours or anyone else's on Zillow — you should not be paying twice.
We review it and get back to you
We look at what Zillow returns and come back to you. If you have not heard and you want a status, call — that is the fastest way to get an answer, and it is a person, not a queue.
Signing and moving in
Before you commit to anything, you will know the exact deposit and any move-in costs; both are published on each listing page. Ask about anything in the lease you want explained before you sign it.
We have not published a minimum income figure or a credit score cut-off, because we would be making one up. If you want to know how an application is assessed before you spend $35, call (206) 330-4511 and ask us first.
Before you start
Have these to hand.
The application is quicker if you gather them first. Everything goes to Zillow — none of it comes to this website.
- Photo identification
- A government-issued ID for each person who will sign the lease.
- Where you have lived
- Addresses for your recent rentals and a way to reach those landlords. Have the dates roughly right before you start.
- Proof of income
- Recent pay stubs, an offer letter, benefit or award letters, self-employment records or bank statements — whatever shows what you actually receive. All lawful sources of income count.
- Voucher paperwork
- If you hold a Section 8 or other housing voucher, have your voucher documents to hand. Vouchers are accepted and we screen you on the same terms as anyone else.
- A way to reach you
- A phone number and an email address you check. Everything after the application happens on one of the two.
What we have not published
We have not published a minimum income figure or a credit score cut-off, because we would be making one up.

Two things worth saying plainly
This site never asks for your private data.
There is no application form here and there never will be. We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank details or income documents on this website. If a page claiming to be ours asks you for any of that, it is not ours — call (206) 330-4511 and tell us.
Never pay a deposit to hold a unit you have not seen.
Rent and deposit figures live on the listing pages of this site. If an amount, an address or a payment method does not match what is published here, stop and call (206) 330-4511 before you send anyone money.
Equal Housing Opportunity
Every application is considered under the same criteria, in accordance with federal and Washington State fair housing law. Section 8 and other housing vouchers are accepted. Assistance animals are not pets and are not subject to pet deposits or restrictions, consistent with fair housing law.
If you need an accommodation at any point in the application — a different way to submit something, more time, or help reading a document — call (206) 330-4511 or email nexterapropertypros@gmail.com. Ask by phone or email; there is no form.
