What this website does with what you tell it.
This policy covers this website only — the pages under nexterapros.com and the contact form on them. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, call (206) 330-4511 and ask.
NextEra Property Pros LLC, SeaTac, WA. Real estate and property management services are provided by Best Choice Realty LLC, Washington broker license #134886, whose own record-keeping obligations sit outside this website.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form
- Your name, phone number, email address and reason for contact, which are required, plus a property address, a number of units you own and a message, which are optional. Nothing else is asked for.
- What your browser sends
- Ordinary request data — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time — logged by our host as part of serving the site and blocking abuse.
- Anti-spam signals on the form
- A hidden decoy field and the time between the page loading and the form being submitted. Both are checked and discarded; neither identifies you.
- What we do not ask for
- We do not ask on this website about disability or accommodations, health, criminal history, immigration status, family composition, or where your income comes from. We do not collect payment details, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We only ever have what you choose to send. There is no account to create, no login, and no hidden field capturing anything you did not type.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to keep a record of what was said.
Your name, phone and email are the only ways we can reply. The reason for contact decides who reads it first. The optional property address and unit count exist so that we can give you a useful answer in one reply rather than three.
When you submit the form you agree we may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. Message frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or tell us in writing and we will stop.
Request data in our host’s logs exists to serve pages, keep the site up and block abusive traffic. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
Who else handles it
Three companies, named.
These are the only third parties this website hands your information to. Each is a service we use to run the site, not a buyer of data.
- Cloudflare Website hosting and the contact form endpoint
- The site is served from Cloudflare Pages and the form posts to a Cloudflare Pages Function. Cloudflare therefore receives your IP address and request data for every page you load, and receives the contents of the form at the moment you submit it. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider under its own data processing terms.
- Web3Forms Delivering the form to our inbox
- When the form validates, its contents are passed to Web3Forms, which turns them into an email and sends it to our business inbox. Web3Forms handles the message in transit so that we do not have to run a mail server.
- Google The booking calendar embedded on the contact page
- The scheduling calendar on /contact/ is a Google Calendar appointment page loaded inside a frame. Loading that frame sends your IP address and browser information to Google, and Google may set its own cookies inside it. If you book a slot, the name, email and any note you give go to Google and into our Google Calendar. Nothing you type into our own form is shared with Google.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics Page-view counts
- Not currently enabled on this site. If we turn it on, it counts page views and referrers without cookies and without fingerprinting, and it does not follow you to other websites. This page will say so on the day it changes.
- Nobody else
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not trade, rent or hand your details to lead brokers, marketing lists or other agents. The only other circumstance in which we would disclose anything is a valid legal demand, or a situation where the law requires it of us.
Where it ends up, and for how long
In an email inbox, like any other message.
A submitted form becomes an email delivered to our business inbox at nexterapropertypros@gmail.com. That is where it sits. There is no customer database behind this website and no CRM syncing quietly in the background.
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to have a record of what was agreed — for an active or past client, that can be years, because a property relationship has a long tail. We have not set a fixed automatic deletion schedule, and we would rather say that plainly than publish a number we do not enforce.
Separately, our host and our form provider keep their own short-lived operational logs on their own schedules, which we do not control.
Asking us to delete it
Ask, and it goes.
Email nexterapropertypros@gmail.com or call (206) 330-4511 and ask us to delete what you sent, or to tell you what we hold, or to correct it. Say enough for us to find the message — the email address or phone number you used is usually enough. We will confirm when it is done.
One limit worth stating: if you are or were a client or a tenant, some records have to be kept to meet real estate, tax and landlord-tenant record-keeping obligations. Those we cannot delete on request, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than quietly not doing it.

Changes, and what this page is not
If we add a service that touches your information, this page gets updated in the same change and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not run one.
